Sip Chai with us and Relax

Do you want to feel as if you are part of India, right amongst the loving and heart warming people of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh? Then you must try the infamous desi chai!

Imagine coming home from work or school, and wanting to relax because of such an exhausting day. A great way to accomplish relaxation is to sip chai. For most individuals, chai does the trick.

At least it seems so in my family. Like a vampire thirsty for blood upon losing his or her energy, I depend on chai with the same addiction and craving!

Masala chai with milk and sugar is one of my specialty.Everyone in my family looks at me to go make one when they are craving it.

To make a hot, creamy masala chai all you do is

  • Take one cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  • You, then, add milk depending on how creamy you prefer,
  • sugar as desired
  • 2-3 teaspoons of black tea and let the flavors mix.

Once the tea has a creamy, lather look to it, you can fill a cup and enjoy! You’ve been warned, though. You’ll be hooked on it after just a few cups!
